| TownTalk.com is St. Joe's community intranet website. As St. Joe develops their land and builds a physical community for people to live in, they also help to build an online community through the use of their TownTalk.com intranet. All homeowners and residents of their communities are invited to join and become members of TownTalk.com. Members can easily logon and get up-to-the-minute information about what is happening within their community, view calendars & photos, sign up for special events and clubs, post bulletins and join online discussions as well as many other features.
St. Joe's exclusive WaterColor and WaterSound Beach communities wanted a unique look to their sections of TownTalk.com. They wanted to project a look and feel that would be more representative of the inimitable lifestyle, which is part of these communities and very well represented on their public websites.
Alig Technology Group analyzed the usability of their current sites and made recommendations for standardizing styles and defining sections. St. Joe agreed to the recommendations and we developed a consistent look and functionality throughout the entire site. We also used new photography to add impact to the design. This entire project was completed in a cost-effective manner without having to change any of the programming on the back-end. St. Joe was extremely pleased with the final results which launched live in June 2005.
