Little Harbor’s sales team needed a display system that was easy to set-up and break-down, light-weight to travel with and still provide maximum impact on the show floor. They had reserved a 20 foot booth in a series of 8 shows over the first 3 months of 2007 and did not want to burden themselves with the extra effort of a highly complex display, yet it was important that they stand out from their competition.
Alig Technology Group designed and delivered a pop-up photo panel system with an integrated video screen, that fit all of the client’s requirements.
We created a custom map, highlighting the state of Florida so that it was visible from a distance. Then we enlarged the local map so that it was easy to read local landmarks and distances from major points of interest. Aerial and construction photos were touched-up and enhanced. We manipulated the images and removed scaffolding and construction debris to show what the final buildings will look like, weeks before they were actually completed.
The full photo panel display is eye-catching from across the show floor and the 24” video screen provides constant animation to bring the prospects closer to the booth. Once standing in front of the booth, prospects can easily see and read details on the map of the community and are in range to ask any questions to the working sales team.
The booth can be set-up and broken-down in less than an hour and the entire system, including the video screen, fits in 5 portable travel containers.
Our team worked with Little Harbor’s sales manager to design the graphics following branding specifications from their ad agency. We then had the system manufactured and assembled with the video screen and lights. Everything was packed away, in custom-made containers, and shipped to the first show without ever having to meet face to face with the client.
