Alig Technology Group launched SoFla Web Studio (www.soflaweb.com). SoFla Web Studio is a website design and internet marketing branch of Alig Technology Group. SoFla Web Studio’s primary focus is providing affordable and effective websites for all business.
“For years we have been providing these services for our clients” said Steven Alig, President of Alig Technology Group, “We just did not position ourselves in the market as a traditional web design company.” Part of that reason is that Alig Technology Group is not a traditional web design company. They also provide custom application programming and web development along with graphic design and layout.
“Our business utilizes many different skill sets. It is the nature of working on the internet. You must have the technical knowledge as well as the marketing savvy” Said Alig. “We have always had the assets and resources to do this work, and we have been doing it for our existing clients.”
New Location - New Image
“Our first office was small and most of our clients never visited us there” said Alig. “Many of our clients, that have been working with us for years, we have never even met face to face. But with our expansion and move to Hollywood late last year, we are now acquiring new local clients that want to come and meet in our office.”
“After several months in our new location we realized that other businesses on our same floor didn’t even know that we could build a website for them” said Alig. “Potential clients would walk right by our sign and not be aware of the services that we could provide for them” Thus SoFla Web Studio was born. A logo and website were created and a marketing campaign launched.
Think globally, Act locally
Located in the heart of the South Florida Tri-county area, the name SoFla Web Studio was chosen to leverage our location. The new systems and packages developed allow SoFla Web Studio to offer affordable websites to all businesses regardless of their size. “Although the internet allows us to easily work with any client worldwide, we find that many smaller businesses want to work with someone local, that they can visit in person” said Alig. And many of those small businesses may be going online for the first time. “Those are perfect clients for us. We can offer simple package to get their first website online and then grow with them as their business grows.”
Local business is big business. With clients in Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade and even Monroe Counties, SoFla Web Studio is on its way to make its mark on the local web industry. “Of course we still market to national clients, but since web design is such a broad service (every business needs a website), sometimes is helps to narrow your target”
